Indigenous Applicants

Mature Applicants

Mature applicants are defined as candidates with at least five years of non-university experience since leaving high school, and at least two years of university education.  In this webinar, you will learn about our application review process for mature candidates.  You will also hear about the student experience from a professor who attended Western Law as a mature student and from two current law students who joined Western Law after successful careers in other fields.

Access Applicants

Access applicants are those whose undergraduate academic performance was affected by a proven disadvantage that may include cultural, socio-economic, medical or physical barriers, or a learning disability.  This webinar will provide more details about this applicant category, including what we look for in candidates, how we review applications, and how you can best support your access claim.  We will also provide answers to common questions as well as those you anonymously submit.
