Our faculty and students engage in a range of academic and applied research connected to EDIDA in areas such as: Aboriginal rights; Indigenous legal traditions; human rights in employment, including workplace sexual harassment and the duty to accommodate; the Charter of Rights and Freedoms; hate crimes; the rights of children in family law disputes; feminist legal theory; food insecurity; international criminal law; international human rights law; gender-based violence; public health; mindfulness and mental health in the legal profession; and health law and policy.
