Providing legal information on different types of IP rights such as copyright, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, industrial design and traditional knowledge, as well as legal information on broader technology law issues including data ownership and privacy. |

Providing information on developing an IP strategy and commercialization matters, including IP ownership, licensing, and preliminary freedom to operate information. |

Providing information during the pre-filing stages of a client’s application to protect their IP rights domestically or transnationally, including prior art searches, trademark searches, and due diligence. |

Drafting, or reviewing agreements and internal policies related to IP rights, such as confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, and website-related agreements. |
