Before joining Western Law, Mysty served as Law Clerk for the Justices of the S.W. Region, Ontario Superior Court of Justice. As the Assistant Dean (Student Services), Mysty administers all aspects of the course selection and registration process including add/drop; prepares course and exam timetables; administers grades, course evaluations and examinations; processes faculty supervised student individual research applications; coordinates the preparation of materials for each term’s Grades meeting; and carries out the directions of the Dean and/or Associate Dean (Academic) regarding appeals.

The Student Services office can provide academic counselling and ensures fulfilment of all graduation requirements, including those of the combined programs and Areas of Concentration. The Student Services office is responsible for the coordination of all Convocation activities, including the Faculty of Law Awards Ceremony.

Mysty is also the co-director of Legal Research, Writing and Advocacy course and course coordinator of the Faculty’s undergraduate Law courses.
